Working together to find everyone the jobs they need

It seems like the job situation isn't really getting any better, at least not yet.  My suggestion is to form a network of unemployed that can communicate with one another.  Maybe you found a job in your area that sounds good but it's not your skill set or something you really wouldn't work out at.  You could network with others that may have the same situation in their area.  By doing this you can uncover hidden resources that come from the best source possible, unemployed people looking for work.
